Intensive Outpatient Evening Program
Located in East Hollywood, this treatment program meets three evenings per week and is designed to accommodate those who need to attend treatment in the evening time.
Our evening program provides a practice-based framework grounded in Buddhist ethics and psychology. We combine Buddhist meditation practices with evidenced-based psychotherapy models by offering individuals a full range of therapeutic skills that empower and promote long-term recovery. We provide research based programming such as: mindfulness-based relapse prevention, CBT, EMDR, somatic experience, attachment theory, internal family systems, yoga, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based living skills.
Our treatment program utilizes a holistic approach that incorporates the mind, body, family, and spirituality. Our services are trauma-specific and provide a supportive environment for people to develop self-regulation skills and gain the ability to process the suffering caused by their addiction. Individualized treatment plans include one-on-one sessions with a psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and personal case manager to ensure both a linear continuity of care and optimum recovery efficacy.
