Refuge Recovery Transitional Living provides a safe and sober community for individuals in our recovery program. We empower our residents to utilize mindfulness and ethical based meditation practices to grow into a new way of living as outlined by theRefuge Recovery program. We provide a trauma-informed container of emotional support with 24-hour a day staff. Our residents are able to do the difficult work of recovery with the support of our intensive outpatient services, recovery meetings, and a meditation community located steps away. All residents attend our treatment services at a minimum of nine hours per week. We understand that taking refuge in a structured sober community that provides support for abstinence, and to overcome the suffering of addictive patterns will support all who put forward effort in their clinical work and individual meditative practice.
